OPERATION
CONTACT begin on Tuesday, September 7 at 6:00
pm in the MPB.
AWANA begins Wednesday,
September 8 with sign in at 6:15 in the MPB. If you
have not pre-registered your child or paid your fees,
please come early that night.
September is CRISIS CENTER
COLLECTION month at Northcrest. Please bring
items September 5-29 and place on the table at the foot
of the steps to the loge.
In September we will be receiving out
Mississippi Margaret Lackey Offering for State
Missions. Our church goal is $3,500.00. Pray
about what God would have you give.
Our Missions Lunch for State
Missions is scheduled for Tuesday, September
14 at 11:45 am. Dr. Jimmy Porter, Director of the Mississippi
Christian Action Commission will be our guest spaker.
The church will provide the meat. You are asked to bring
a side dish or dessert. This will be held in conjuntion
with out Fifties Plus Luncheon in September.
Men's Quarterly Breakfast
is scheduled for 8 am on Sunday, September 19. Men,
plan to attend. (Note: Ladies, come with your man and
we'll have breakfast at the North Hills McDonald's.
Meet us there or under the awning at the back triple
glass doors.)

Monthly
Potluck Lunch in September is Tuesday, September
14 at 11:45 am in the MPB. This will be combined with the
Missions Luncheon for State Missions. The church will provide
the meat.. Bring a side dish and a friend.
Monthly
Mystery Trip in September is Thursday, September
30.. .We will leave at 9:30. Bro. Max won't tell anyone know
where you're going but he says it's gonna be GOOD!
50-Plus-ers
will make their 2nd annual trip to the mountains to the Celebrators
Conference in Sevierville, Tennessee on October 18-21.
Dr. David Jeremiah will be the guest speaker with music by
the Gaither Vocal Band and Ernie Haase and Signature Sound.
Registration fee is $25.00 per person. Balance is due by September
1. Please give to Bro. Max Burris.

VACATION
BIBLE SCHOOL was a great success this year. To

Be a part of Kingdom Kids
(Children's Choir for Grades 1-6). They meet at 4:45 on Sunday
afternoon. (Kingdom Kids will be on summer break until September
12)
Kidstyle Worship is on Sundays
during Morning Worship. Terry Lolley leads the K-Grade 6 group
and Sherry Philbeck leads the preschoolers. The older children
in the MPB Room 704. Parents please pick them up in Room 704.
Preschoolers need to be picked up in Room 308.
AWANA begins again on Wednesday,
September 8, at 6:15 pm. For the summer we have K-Now.
K-Now (Kid's Nite on Wedneday)
began Wednesday, June 2 at 6:30 pm in the MPB and will continue
until AWANA returns.. For more information contact Terry Lolley.
